How it works

HOW TO REGISTER

Only for participants that received the confirmation from ARE.

go to http://off-grid2016.talkb2b.net/ and click on the button “REGISTER” on the top-right of the page
fill in the registration form including the password you will use to access your account
select your time availability for the meetings, clicking on “We want to participate at B2B matchmaking session”
fill in the cooperation profile, i.e. what you are requesting and/or offering to your potential partners, or the ideas you would like to share with them.
click on the green button “REGISTER” to confirm your registration

You will automatically receive an email confirming the registration. Once your profile is validated by the organizers you will receive the email that your profile is active (and visible online) and you can start selecting and booking the meetings with the counterparts of your interest.

We kindly ask you to register by Wednesday 14^th September or to let us know if you have decided not to participate to the matchmaking event.

HOW TO SELECT MEETINGS

The selection of meetings is very easy:

go to http://off-grid2016.talkb2b.net/ and login with your credentials
go to participants (main menu) or “show all” button in the blue floating menu on the left
browse the participants and choose the companies you would like to meet by clicking on the GREEN button “request a meeting”! (If you don’t see the green button it means that the participant is not available for meetings)

HOW TO CONFIRM MEETINGS

go to http://off-grid2016.talkb2b.net/ and login with your credentials
click on the "clouds" symbol (My Meetings) on the blue column on the left side and ACCEPT or CANCEL the meetings so far booked and to check your agenda

Please take into account that meetings are automatically scheduled on the basis of the "first-come first-served" principle, therefore we invite you to book and confirm meetings as soon as possible.

The deadline to confirm meetings is on the 23^rd September 2016.
